Meet Erin Briley

Erin Briley is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor with a passion for educating and empowering individuals to understand their bodies and achieve sustainable, root-cause healing. Erin brings a clear and approachable teaching style to her work, helping clients make sense of their symptoms and use them as a guide to uncover what’s truly driving their health concerns.

Erin believes that treating symptoms with medication alone often places a temporary bandage on deeper issues and may contribute to additional challenges over time. By helping clients explore and understand the underlying factors contributing to their health concerns, she supports them in making nutrition and lifestyle choices that can enhance the body’s natural processes, promote balance, and improve overall well-being.

Her approach is also shaped by her own health journey. After three back surgeries, a failed fusion, and many current herniated discs, Erin experienced years of chronic pain. Through functional nutrition, she was able to reduce inflammation without medication and eliminate her pain, which deepened her appreciation for the impact of personalized nutrition and lifestyle habits on the body’s natural healing processes. Only after making these changes was she able to complete multiple triathlons and half marathons - accomplishments that wouldn’t have been possible without the improvements she experienced through functional nutrition.

As a mom to three children in high-level travel sports, Erin understands the challenges of maintaining healthy habits with a busy, constantly moving schedule. She helps clients create simple, sustainable shifts that work with real life, not rigid rules or deprivation. Erin believes long-term health comes from adding in nourishing habits and making accessible, realistic swaps that build momentum over time.

Blending education, compassion, and evidence-based guidance, Erin supports clients seeking more energy, better digestion, reduced inflammation, balanced hormones, and overall vitality. Her mission is to help individuals feel confident, informed, and capable of thriving in their everyday lives.
