My approach goes beyond chasing symptoms or applying generic wellness advice.
I help clients look at the bigger picture, exploring how nutrition, stress, sleep, digestion, blood sugar, inflammation patterns, recovery habits, and lifestyle factors may be influencing how they feel.
What also makes my work personal is that I’ve lived through my own complex health and pain journey. After multiple back surgeries and continuing to navigate structural challenges myself, I understand what it’s like to want to feel strong, active, and confident in your body again.
Today, I’m able to run half marathons and compete in triathlons without pain medication or chronic pain - not because I found a magic fix, but because I learned the importance of supporting the whole body, understanding patterns, and building sustainable strategies that work in real life.
That lived experience, combined with my functional wellness training, shapes how I support clients: with personalization, practical education, and a root-cause approach designed to help you better understand your body and create lasting change.
